Gregg S. Hymowitz is the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of EnTrust Global, which he established in 1997 following a successful career at Goldman Sachs. Gregg has over 30 years of investment experience and leads a global team of ~140 professionals, investing across the capital structure in both the private and public markets. Under Gregg’s guidance, EnTrust has become known as an industry leader in catalyst-driven opportunistic investing, pursuant to which approach he has launched and managed a number of strategies, including sector-specific businesses. Gregg also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Purus, an environmentally advanced maritime company he created in 2021, which has grown today to a business with revenue backlog of over $4 billion. Prior to EnTrust Global, Gregg was Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co., which he joined in 1992. For the preceding two years, Gregg was an attorney in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Gregg graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1990, and received a BA, Phi Beta Kappa, from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987. He was the 1985 Harry S. Truman Scholar from New York, the 1987 British Hansard Society Scholar, and the 2004 recipient of the Governor’s Committee on Scholastic Achievement Award.

Sophia Mullen is the President of EnTrust Global and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Management Committee. Sophia works closely with firm executives, key external relationships, and investors to shape EnTrust’s overall corporate strategy and growth, including by creating strategic partnerships and launching investment opportunities across a range of asset classes. She is also responsible for the firm’s business operations and team development. Prior to serving as President, a role she has held since 2022, Sophia headed the firm’s Opportunistic Investments, where she led a team exclusively dedicated to such strategy to target opportunities across the capital structure in both private and public markets, ranging from thematic investments to individual targets. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Sophia was an attorney in the Corporate Reorganization practice at Sidley Austin LLP. Sophia holds a BS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

As CEO of OneTeam Partners, Sean C. Sansiveri is responsible for providing the vision and mission for OneTeam’s consortium of Player Associations, overseeing growth, PA relationships, financial management, team development, and more. Prior to OneTeam, Sean held several senior leadership roles, including General Counsel & Head of Business with the NFL Players Association and its for-profit subsidiary, NFL Players Inc., where he directed the union’s health, safety, and medical research initiatives. These efforts resulted in the creation of the NFL’s first standardized protocol governing the evaluation and management of concussions, COVID-19 safety measures, and long-term research partnerships with Harvard Medical School, the Cleveland Clinic, and the Dementia Discovery Fund. Sean also spearheaded revenue generation and strategic investments that led to 12 consecutive years of record revenue growth for the NFLPA’s marketing and licensing business. Under his leadership, the business expanded its market presence, launched new product lines, and secured strategic partnerships—solidifying its position as one of the largest and most innovative licensors in sports. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law.

Frank Arthofer is the President of OneTeam Partners, leading the company’s revenue, marketing, content, business operations, IP partnerships, corporate strategy, and growth. Prior to joining OneTeam in 2023, Frank was part of Liberty Media’s new executive team at Formula 1, where he led the transformation of its Media Business and launched new initiatives and verticals, including the Consumer Products Licensing business. Frank also leans on prior experience as an advisor/operating partner to private equity investors in sports and media including Blackstone, BC Partners, The Chernin Group and Left Lane Capital, as well as his time as a leader in Boston Consulting Group’s TMT and Sports Practice and as a member of Disney and ESPN’s Media Networks Strategy, Distribution, and Marketing teams. Frank holds a BA from Miami University in both Journalism and Politics.

Joe Brown helps lead EnOne Ventures investments and strategy, serving as a member of its Investment Committee. Most recently, he served as Head of Strategic Investments at OneTeam Partners, where he led M&A and venture activity across the sports, media, and entertainment space. His recent work includes the acquisition and sale of the Under the Lights flag football league to Unrivaled Sports, and he played a key role in RedBird Capital’s sale of its equity stake in OneTeam. In addition to his investment experience, Joe has served as a strategic advisor to several emerging sports startups, including StatusPro and World Team Tennis, providing hands-on operational and strategic guidance. Previously, he was Director of Media Strategy & Business Development at the National Football League, where he managed the NFL’s content licensing strategy and co-led a joint innovation fund with Verizon. Before joining the NFL, Joe was an Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Media & Communications Investment Banking group, where he executed over $4 billion in M&A, debt, and equity transactions. He began his career at Barclays Capital, covering equity trading strategies, and later joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the Special Situations Credit desk. Joe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Whitney Mishler is Co-Head of Opportunistic Investments at EnTrust Global, in which capacity he helps lead EnOne Ventures investments and strategy, serving as a member of its Investment Committee. In his role, Whitney oversees all investments across the opportunistic platform, including equity and credit investments across both private and public markets. His investment experience ranges across diverse sectors, including sports, media and entertainment, and spans the lifecycle of companies, from venture and early-stage growth to mature public enterprises. With over a decade of experience leading direct, co-investment, and secondaries investments, Whitney leverages his expertise to identify and execute strategic investment opportunities. Before joining EnTrust in 2010, Whitney was an Analyst at Swiss-based hedge fund Rasini & Co, where he was responsible for performing qualitative and quantitative due diligence across a wide array of hedge fund strategies. Prior to that, he covered equity derivatives trading strategies at Morgan Stanley. Whitney holds a BS double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Peter Iannicelli covers the sourcing, research, diligence, and structuring of investments across the capital structure. Specifically, Peter has led both private and public company deals in sports, collectibles, retail, and financials at EnTrust. He has been a featured speaker at events, including regarding alternative investments and collectibles. Peter is a Board member of EnOne portfolio company, The Realest, a new, dedicated marketplace and authentication standard for physical memorabilia in sports and entertainment. Peter is also on the Nomination Committee of international e-commence company, BHG Group, in which capacity he works with management on the recruitment and vetting of the Board of Directors. Peter joined the firm in 2015, before which he was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank covering hedge funds, and an equity research associate at BMO. Peter holds a BS in Finance from St. John’s University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Jill Daschle is Global Head of Business Development of EnTrust Global and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Management Committee. Ms. Daschle joined the firm in October 2002 and currently manages a team of over 40 business development professionals focusing on business strategies, investment product formation, capital raising initiatives and investor relations. Since 2002, Ms. Daschle has actively overseen the management of over 1,000 institutional investor relationships representing all major client types (including Taft-Hartley and public pensions, sovereign wealth, insurance, and endowment & foundations) across the U.S., EMEA and Asia markets. Ms. Daschle has been in the business development field for almost 30 years spanning the financial, corporate and political sectors. Ms. Daschle received her BA from Emory University.
